MEDUZA helps website owners add an AI assistant that talks with visitors. The assistant answers using public website content and business information approved by the owner. Owners control its instructions, approved answers, and message quota for each website.

How MEDUZA works

• The owner connects a website; MEDUZA scans its public pages and organizes information for that website.
• The owner can update knowledge and instructions, test the assistant, and install a website-specific embed code.
• Visitors ask questions in natural conversation. The assistant is designed to rely on approved business information and not invent facts when information is missing.
• The owner can review usage and manage a separate message quota for each website.

Pricing in Israel

New accounts can start with 150 trial messages without a credit card. Monthly subscriptions are per website and exclude VAT:

One-time Israeli message packs are shared across the websites in an account and valid for 31 days. They are available to accounts with an active monthly subscription of at least ₪9.99. International prices are shown after a billing-country change request and administrator approval.
