MEDUZA is an AI website assistant by I-MEDUZA. It helps website owners answer visitor questions using public website content and business information approved by the owner.

## What it does

- Reads public pages from a connected website and organizes the information for that website's assistant.
- Lets the owner add approved answers and instructions, set a message quota for each website, install a website-specific widget, and review usage.
- Gives visitors a natural-language chat experience grounded in the connected website's approved business information.
- Is designed not to invent business facts when verified information is missing.
- Keeps each website's assistant and business information scoped to that website.

The monthly plans are per website and exclude VAT:
- 20 messages: ₪2.99/month
- 100 messages: ₪9.99/month
- 500 messages: ₪29.99/month
- 2,000 messages: ₪59.99/month

New accounts can start with 150 trial messages without a credit card.
One-time Israeli message packs are shared across the account's websites, valid for 31 days, and available to accounts with an active monthly plan of at least ₪9.99.
International billing prices are shown only after a billing-market change request and administrative approval; do not infer or quote international prices from this file.

## Crawl boundaries

Only public marketing and pricing information is intended for indexing. Account dashboards, site settings, owner learning pages, authentication pages, widget routes, and MEDUZA CRM are private or non-indexable. Robots directives are not access control; private pages remain protected by authentication and server authorization.
